Department: Chronic Resident Unit 
Job Description Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. 
Compensation Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) 
Hours of Work 456.36 hours per 24 weeks 
Qualifications Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) 
Food Safe certificate, where required 
Valid driver's license, where required 
Competencies Communication skills 
Interpersonal skills 
Organizational skills
