Continuing Care Specialist - Nursing Position

This position requires a background in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Services, along with a nursing degree. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for restraint management and patient safety

Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in a related healthcare field
