Continuos Improvement Intern (Ciudad Apodaca)

Continuos Improvement Intern – Part‑time, located in Apodaca, MEX, working onsite at the Danfoss Climate Solutions warehouse. This hands‑on role supports continuous improvement and lean initiatives across our facilities.

• Lead lean and continuous improvement projects that improve warehouse performance and efficiency.
• Support and coordinate Kaizen events, from preparation to follow‑up, ensuring actions turn into results.
• Promote lean mindset and ways of working in daily warehouse operations.
• Help standardize and share the Danfoss Performance Program (DPP) and lean tools across warehouses in DCS Apodaca.

• Currently enrolled in the 7th semester of an Engineering, Industrial, or related bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Kaizen.
