Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 3-5+ Years in IT Service Management (ITSM), Operations, or Continuous Improvement. Experience in interfacing with leadership.
Certifications: ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation/Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Continuous Improvement Experience: Proven ability to execute a structured Continuous Improvement model and drive the end-to-end planning and execution of improvement roadmaps.
