**Job Requirements**

**Knowledge**

+ Industrial Engineer Degree or alike
+ Experience: 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, cost savings or other productivity improvement role.
+ Lean Certified
+ Green Belt or Black Belt - Desirable
+ Experience in process improvement, Six Sigma, product and process qualification and validation
+ Language: Bilingual English / Spanish
