Continuous Improvement Co-Op - Fall 2026

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an CI Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the weekly Gemba walks and document actions
• Submit Safety audit and 5S + Safety audits in ETQ
• Update and maintain SOPs in Assembly and Flush Rooms
• Participate in Kaizen Workshops and assist with the documentation
• Assist in Root cause analysis (Fishbone, 5 Whys), Value Stream and process maps, 5S + Safety audits and tasks
