Continuous Improvement Director

Job Description

The LEGO Continuous Improvement Director is part of the site’s Leadership Team accountable of the success of Americas Manufacturing. The position is responsible for setting the Vision, in terms of Continuous Improvement, for the site according to the global strategy. Also leads all aspects of the local LCI team, coordinates resources, and provides mentorship to achieve objectives in the agenda and Continuous Improvement requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process of the site's strategy to synchronize global Ops direction in local activation plans.
• Define and implement a 3- to 5-year Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with on-site operational strategies.
• Find ways to boost P&L impact by discussing and improving operational efficiency.
