Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are looking for Continuous Improvement Engineer who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements in manufacturing and business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. The role supports the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects across production and support departments.
• Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools.
• Work cross-functionally to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report progress on CI initiatives to management.
• Provide training and support to staff on CI tools and practices.
