Continuous Improvement Engineer

Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer. The Engineer will be accountable for executing operational excellence and continuous improvement across a diverse manufacturing environment using Lean & Six Sigma, project management methodologies, and ProLaunch principles to rigorously drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (Productivity), and Inventory.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include leading and supervising all Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and Kaizen events across the facility, driving continuous improvement team activities, and advancing manufacturing performance through Lean Six Sigma.
