Danfoss is seeking a committed and energized Improvement Expert to facilitate, support and drive continuous improvement activities through the entire process chain.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will act as a partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders to ensure optimizing quality, delivery, cost, motivation and cash flow, along the entire value chain.
- As part of a global network you will search and share best practice proactively.
**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Business or similar is required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.
- Experience and outstanding understanding of value stream mapping.
- Managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in a large
- or medium-sized company.
