Continuous Improvement Head

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the manufacturing organization’s continuous improvement (CI) strategy aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the primary advocate for a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key improvement opportunities across functions.
• Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to monitor progress and impact.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process re-engineering initiatives.
• Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies.
• Drive end-to-end process standardization and optimization across departments.
• Implement automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.
• Lead and oversee cross-functional improvement projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieving measurable ROI.
