This role reports to the Operation Excellence Manager and focuses on enhancing efficiency in the Fuel Handling business. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll lead continuous improvement projects in Peterborough and Arnprior, fostering a culture of innovation. Your skills in Lean methodologies will influence all levels of the organization, resulting in significant operational advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Lean and continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency
• Lead setup of manufacturing cells to world-class standards
• Implement flow-based production and Lean tools
• Conduct process analysis and identify bottlenecks
• Develop key performance indicators to track success
