Continuous Improvement Leader

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership to ensure the effective implementation and sustainment of the Envista Business System across the plant, fostering a strong problem‑solving culture and standard work discipline that drives continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Inventory, and Delivery performance, ultimately exceeding business targets and generating a positive, measurable impact on overall customer satisfaction.
• Leads the organization, coordination, and logistical preparation of all Kaizen Events within the plant, ensuring the readiness of required materials.
• In coordination with supervisory personnel, maintains accurate and up‑to‑date plant +QDIPs, including the master +QDIP and prepares and distributes all reports related to the Envista Business System as required.
