Continuous Improvement Leader

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the continuous improvement strategy across all production lines, aligning it with management guidelines, business objectives, and industry best practices.
• Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and optimize key manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality, while reducing lead times and waste.
• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma: Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects, ensuring the adoption of standardized work and process controls.
• Change Management: Drive change initiatives by engaging stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their buy-in, and executing successful transformation projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align improvement initiatives with the organization's overall objectives.
