Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of liquid and chemical materials.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will take responsibility for managing the following:

  • Actively coordinating the engagement of the factory staff in the BLACK Blet/MBU/LEAN/TPM process.
  • Assisting and coaching the factory team to manage & improve the manufacturing performance according to the methodology recommended.
  • Supporting the site leadership in improvement project idea generation, project chartering, action planning, and implementation.
  • Leading problem-solving efforts to improve quality and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the manufacturing areas.
  • Being responsible for driving Lean, Quality management, and Manufacturing Continuous Improvements - both in operations support and with manufacturing technology development.
