Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Responsibility:

1. Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy & promote lean project in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders.
2. Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events.
3. Lead process engineering support of the scale-up of new product(s) and in the improvement of existing product(s);
4. Lead and define the improvement activities for product structure design & manufacturing process to improve product quality and improve efficiency.
5. Ensure the root cause analysis on customer complaints. Work with team to develop and implement corrective, action plan and implementation in collaboration with QA, MFG & ME Team.
6. Driving the Process inspection, POKA YOKE (Mistake Proofing) improvement, process and fixture design and optimize.
