Continuous Improvement Manager

**Description du poste**:Responsible for developing in collaboration with the management team the strategy for the following years for the Site based on the strategic objectives deployed by the Corporate.Perform the deployment and support with coaching and monitoring the pilots of key projects and ensure the strategy is aligned and achieved during the annual plan.
**Exigences du poste**:- Industrial Engineer or related with more than 8 years of work experience.
- More than 5 years of experience as a certified BB or MBB, project management, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodology, APQP.
- Experience in OEM manufacturing processes and desirable in MRO (OEE, Productivity, Time per Part, TAT, VSM, etc.)- Results driven and effective communication skills.Cross-functional leadership and strong team coaching skills- Advanced English and French desirable, with availability to travel and valid US visa.
