Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Apply engineering skills to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and product quality across manufacturing operations.
• Design and implement plant improvements with safety as a priority.
• Support risk assessments, audits, and safe systems of work.
• Help ensure environmental compliance and best-practice manufacturing.
• Analyse production data (uptime, recoveries, line speeds) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support and lead small‑scale capital and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop expertise in process control and automation systems.
• Support plant trials, product development, and formulation changes.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to solve operational problems.
