The Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Manager is a key contributor within the Procurement Growth & Integration team, driving procurement transformation, operational continuity, digital enablement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The role focuses on optimizing the full Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay landscape, ensuring alignment between procurement operations, business objectives, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations. The CSI Manager acts as a strategic bridge between procurement, finance, legal, operations, and external partners, ensuring continuity, governance, and scalable process efficiency.


Responsibilities extend beyond reporting and operational support into procurement intelligence, digital tooling adoption, tender governance, workflow automation, supplier lifecycle optimization, and change management.
