Contract Admin Executive

Job Scope:

• Supporting Course Programs administrations, application submissions, reports and liaising with students.
• Assisting researchers regarding guidelines and ensuring compliance throughout process
• Admin and other ad-hoc duties (update database, etc.) as assigned.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, visual communication and being detailed-oriented is an advantage

Note:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Location: Pioneer
• Able to start work immediately.
• Degree in any field.
• Prior admin experience is an advantage.
• On-job training is provided.
