Contract Administrator - $130m Industrial Project

In this role, you will take work with a strong team on site who are supportive and collaborative in a fast paced environment working on high profile projects.

A key component of this position is the procurement and sub contract management, ensuring scopes are accurately defined, markets are well engaged, and subcontract agreements are negotiated and administered effectively.

This role would suit someone who already has Industrial experience but it is not a necessity and someone who is ready to step up to SCA in 1-2 years - they like to and have a strong history of promoting from within. 
  
Duties:

• Manage subcontracts across all project phases, including scope preparation, tendering, analysis, procurement, contract letting, forecasting, variations, claims, and close-out.
• Prepare detailed subcontractor comparison spreadsheets, procurement schedules, and scope packages that align with the project program.
