Contract Administrator - Civil

We’re working with a leading infrastructure delivery partner to recruit a Contract Administrator to support key civil and transport projects in Sydney.

This role is focused on downstream commercial activity — working closely with project teams to manage subcontractor claims, variations, payment cycles, and compliance across major works. It's a great opportunity to embed yourself in a nationally significant program while being part of a collaborative and commercial-savvy delivery team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and process subcontractor claims, payment schedules, and variations

• Maintain accurate commercial records and ensure contractual compliance

• Support cost tracking and forecasting with the project team
