Contract Administrator

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 Annually

This position is to fill an upcoming vacancy.

+ Manage customer accounts

+ Review, enter and maintain Purchase orders

+ Daily invoicing of customer orders

+ Ensure follow up with production and update delivery status

+ Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms and in the resolution of technical problems.

+ Be a Liaison between customers and internal departments

+ Participate in account receivables and payment issues

+ Plan and participate in client visits
+ A degree in a technical discipline, aerospace or administration;
+ 2-3 Years experience in a similar sales administration role (experience in aerospace an asset)
+ 3 + Years experience in a manufacturing setting
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
+ Excellent knowledge of Office Suite -with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
