A well-known builder in the architectural home space is looking for a motivated Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager to join their team. Delivering high-end projects across the highlands valued between $3–10m.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with contract administration and project documentation
2. Support the team with estimating and procurement tasks
3. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
4. Monitor compliance and quality requirements
5. Provide support across day-to-day project delivery both in the office and on site
