Contract and ITB Manager

Marshall Canada requires a Contract & ITB Manager in Ottawa, ON to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial & Legal, the Contract & ITB Manager will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of our contracts and ITB commitments as well a support the Senior Manager, Commercial and Legal - Canada. This role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with customers and ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Your responsibilities in this role:

Contract Management:

Prepares, executes, and maintains agreement documents covering subcontracts, cooperation, confidentiality, personal services consulting, and representatives (agency), including negotiating terms and conditions on renewals when requested.

 Assistance in responding to queries from Internal stakeholders on contractual matters pertaining to both sales and procurements, lease administration, insurance, etc.
