Contract and Procurement Manager

The Manager – Contracts & Procurements is responsible for supporting Bin Zayed Development Sdn Bhd in evaluating, structuring and implementing property development projects. The role combines strong Quantity Surveying (QS) skills with contract management and financial/market feasibility analysis to ensure projects are commercially viable, contractually sound and aligned with the company’s investment targets.

The candidate will work closely with Business Development, Development Operation, Finance and external consultants to prepare robust cost plans, feasibility studies, tender evaluations and contract documentation for residential, commercial and mixed-used developments.

A. Development Feasibility & Financial Analysis

Prepare and update development feasibility studies for proposed projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use), including:
