Contract and Proposal Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• At least 2–5 years of experience in contract management, project proposals, or cost estimation, negotiation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to assign in Gil Puyat, Pasay City (Office Based).
• Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
