Responsible for the bidding process from initial contact through contract signing. Manages the bid planning process, monitors and reports on bid and production costs. Identifies competitive advantages of solution over competitor products/offerings and assists the business in the development of bid strategy for complex bids. Partners with sales, marketing, consulting, legal and other departments to develop and package responses to bids. Serves as the single point of contact for customers during bid process, working in collaboration with the Account Manager/Director. Completes bid submissions and drives approvals, while managing risk. Develops and continuously improves the bid processes, tools and databases.
