Jobs Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute ILP operations including fund switching, top ups and partial withdrawals; resolve failed trades and delays.
• Act as key point of contact for operational and servicing queries; coordinate across Investment Ops and Customer Service.
• Liaise with Underwriting to clear medical and financial loadings for high sum assured cases and support onboarding.
• Manage end‑to‑end escalation of death, disability and critical illness claims; coordinate with Actuarial for customised quotations.
• Proactively identify and resolve stuck or pending policies by driving cross‑functional alignment to ensure closure.
