An established MNC, which is a global provider of medical technologies, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of order fulfilment from order receipt to invoicing
• Ensure orders are accurately entered into SAP
• Manage and review and backlog and shipment matters and update customers in a timely manner
• Respond in a timely and professional manner to customers inquires and feedback/ complaints; help to resolve and manage and order issues
• Work with internal stakeholders from other departments to support the timely delivery of products to customers
• Other ad hoc duties as required
