Contract Delivery Officer

As part of the Works Enablement Group, the Contract Delivery Officer will support the management and delivery of complex contracts and portfolio programs, ensuring commercially robust outcomes align to contractual frameworks. The role is critical in ensuring that contracts are administered effectively during both pre-delivery and delivery phases, with a strong focus on cost integrity, risk allocation and governance.

Key responsibilities: 

• Leading the review and assessment of Target Outturn Cost (TOC) submissions, including detailed interrogation of cost build-ups, underlying assumptions, productivity rates and contingency allowances to ensure commercial robustness and alignment with contract frameworks.
• Administering contracts during delivery, including the management and assessment of variations, extension of time (EOT) claims and provision of commercial support to project teams to ensure consistent and compliant contract outcomes.
