Mission
En Zelestra, we are looking for a Contract Director to join our Latam Business Unit. Their main mission will be to lead the end-to-end management of the company's main contracts within the Operations area (EPC, BOP/BOS, main equipment supply, O&M/LTSA), ensuring contractual compliance, protecting Zelestra LATAM's economic interests, and mitigating legal, technical, and financial risks throughout the project life cycle. All of the above, in accordance with corporate guidelines, in line with applicable regulations, and under the highest Compliance standards.
Responsibilities

Define standards for: contract administration, change management, and claims control.
Implement corporate contractual policies and procedures.
Ensure contractual consistency across projects.
