Contract Engineer

The program aims to develop the intern's technical, analytical, and collaborative skills to effectively create and customize Atlas Copco Service Plan contracts, supporting sales engineers in delivering tailored maintenance solutions to customers.

The intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting Service Sales Engineers (SSEs), under the leadership and mentoring of the Internal Sales Team Leader based in Laguna.

1. Application support for Service Sales Engineers (SSEs)

Learning objectives:

• Understand the functionality, maintenance, and lifecycle of Atlas Copco equipment.
• Learn to analyze equipment data to recommend suitable Service Plan.
• Gain familiarity with preventive maintenance strategies for Atlas Copco equipment.

Tasks:

• Review equipment maintenance intervals and service histories

• Assist in analyzing equipment data to understand operation demand and potential service needs.
