About the role

Setiakon Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Contract Executive or Senior Contract Executive to join our growing team in Genting Highlands, Pahang. This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and driving successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts and agreements
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving contractual issues in a timely manner
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards throughout the contract lifecycle
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate effective contract management
• Providing strategic advice and support to the project team on contractual matters
