Contract Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Executive to join our team at CHINA CONSTRUCTION YANGTZE RIVER (M) SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring compliance and efficient delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of construction contracts and agreements
• Monitoring contract performance and ensuring all parties adhere to the terms and conditions
• Identifying and mitigating potential contractual risks
• Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors and clients to resolve contractual issues
• Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and records
• Providing guidance and support to the wider project team on contractual matters
• Staying up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and best practices
