About the role

INTIGA SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Contract Executive (QS) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing contract management support and quantity surveying services to our construction projects. As a key member of our contracts team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing, reviewing, and administering construction contracts and subcontracts
• Providing quantity surveying support, including cost estimating, cost control, and contract valuation
• Monitoring and reporting on project budgets, expenses, and variations
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly progress claims and payment certificates
