Contract Executive / Quantity Surveyor

Shayher Renovation & Builders Sdn Bhd, a member of the Shayher Group of Companies, is seeking a talented Contract Executive/Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for providing strategic contract management and quantity surveying services to support the company's construction projects.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing and managing construction contracts, including reviewing, negotiating and finalising contract terms

Performing quantity surveying duties such as cost estimation, cost control, and measurement works

Liaising with Consultant, subcontractors, and site personal to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues

Preparing and submitting progress claims, variation orders, and other contractual documentation

Providing technical advice and support to the construction team
