Contract Executive (Quantity Surveyor)

Legrand Builders Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village

Responsible for procurement, purchasing and price comparison from sub-con, vendors and suppliers.

Responsible for preparation of estimates, quotations, bill of quantities and variation orders.

Responsible for measurement, site measurement and quantities take-off for projects.

Responsible for monthly progress claim, sub-contractor payment certificate and variation orders submission, final account and etc.)

Attend site visits and site meetings where required.

Prepare project cost forecast and project summary.

Preparation of award for sub-contractors.

Participate in tendering for new projects.

Assist in the overall administrative matters of various contracts and subcontractor work.

Any other duties as assigned but not limited to the above.
