My client is a reputable and long-standing company in both construction and property development which offers a comprehensive range of construction and engineering works, including construction-related services and the supply of construction materials. They are currently in the search for a Contract Executive and Senior Contract Executive to be based in their HQ office in KL.
Your new role
Involved in budget planning and control for project estimation of costs, including Bill of Quantities for all disciplines, progress claim, variation order, etc.
Handle tendering and managing pre-and-post contracts for the projects that have been assigned
Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors during the construction phase and the finance department on payment-related matters...
