Contract Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Taking Off : Verify drawing, review, check & taking off quantity - DSC / DS.
• Tender Document : Coordinate, prepare and check for DSC / DS (For Simple Award).
• Evaluation & Award : Data compilation & cost comparison.
• VO Formalisation : Joint site measurement
• Interim Claim : Joint site valuation with site team, site measurement, preparation  - Sub Contract
• Material Ordering : DO tracking (by others), taking off quantity, site measurement.
• Preparation & verification - DSC & DS, site valuation, site measurement.
• Update supply chain mater list.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Quantity Survey, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
