Contract Executive

Job Description

• Collaborate and assisting in all fundamental Quantity Surveyor tasks, including valuation, measurement, and quantity take-offs for both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, sub-contractor payments, and final accounts.
• Support tender activities by preparing tender documents and sourcing quotations and pricing.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information, such as material pricing and commercial terms.
• Identify and engage suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain quotations.
• Monitor and manage materials supply.
• Conduct regular site visits for accurate valuation, measurement, and material monitoring.
• Work closely with project managers to address issues that may lead to extensions of time (EOT), variation orders (VO), or changes in working conditions from those stipulated in the contract.
