Contract Executive

Responsibilities:

• Excellent in BQ measurement &taking off and re-measurement
• Able to work Independently, Self-motivated, Initiative and Interpersonal Skills.
• Liasions with Supplier, Sub-Contractor and other parties as required for accomplishment of project.
• Responsible to measure quantity of works, contract adminstration (Pre & Post Contract adminstration) and procurement.
• Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders
• Providing advice on contractual claims
• Preparation of sub-contract agreements
• Detailed budgets and cost plans

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Others or equivalent.
