Job Description:
The Contract Expert will be responsible for leading, managing, and executing the full contract lifecycle for ACE Money Transfer across all jurisdictions. This includes expert-level drafting and negotiation as well as operational contract administration work.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting, Negotiation & Legal Advisory (Expert-Level Tasks)
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, bank partnership agreements, SLAs, SaaS agreements, consultancy agreements, employment-related agreements, and NDAs
