Contract Law Expert

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: EV Charging Infrastructure Ireland (CNC) and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
The objective of the Assignment is to support Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland in finalising the procurement strategy and business model / partnering approach for publicly accessible destination and neighbourhood EV charging infrastructure, in preparation for the launch of concession or PPP tenders during the second half of 2026.
Duration: The intended start date is March 2026 and the services shall be provided for a period of 11 months from this date.

Qualifications and skills:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline. (Minimum requirement)
Master's or Postgraduate Degree in Law, Public Procurement, or Procurement and Contract Law. (Asset)
