Contract Lead - 8-10 Years Exp. Within Subsea, Engineering or Construction

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements.
- Holds the mandate to legally commit the company to suppliers.
- Take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks through:
- Lead contract establishment
- Lead inquiry processes, including strategy, inquiry, evaluation, negotiation
- Act as commercial leader in tender processes
- Implement and operationalise new agreements such as frame agreements and single source
- Shape the global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers, drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for the company
- Ensure contract compliance, identify and manage risk regarding safety, security, sustainability, commercial, financial, local requirements
