**How you create impact**

+ Lead the end-to-end project management of continental Anchor projects—spanning hyper automation, new facility construction, multi-site operations, system migrations, and WMS-WCS integrations—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with customer and Kuehne+Nagel standards.
+ Guide other projects in the continent assuring high standards of delivery and compliance.
+ Support the development of country resources in terms of skills + knowledge levels,
+ Formulate future needs and requirements for the PM team to continue to drive excellent implementations for the customer.
