You will start your journey in **Gebze** for the first 6–9 months to gain hands‑on operational experience. After this onboarding period, the role will transition to our new **Çatalca warehouse** , scheduled to open in 2027

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing client operations and administrative support to meet productivity and service goals. You will lead the warehouse team to ensure operational objectives are achieved, and you will manage effective control systems to ensure that service levels and operational performance targets are met within agreed cost, revenue, and profit parameters.
