Job Description
- Support, administer and recommend all activities with reference to contractual matters to be following the contracting strategy as well as Company’s policies and procedures.
- Support and administer all activities with reference to Contract Management during for pre and post project.
- Liaise with Client on Prime Contract, oversee technical and commercial claims, clarification, correspondence and management of the client relationship.
- Support and whenever necessary lead respective project team members on the contractual provisions for all projects.
- Support, analyse and consolidate claims and change orders for all projects in accordance with the respective contractual requirements.
- Support and consolidate the administration of Prime Contract change order documentation.
- Establish, consolidate, disseminate the reports on respective contracts for any breach or likelihood of breach.
