The Contract Manager owns the full contract lifecycle — from intake through execution — for Xylem's global business segment. In close partnership with business colleagues, this role leads the triage, review, negotiation, and approval of US and international contracts; develops and enforces contract policies; and drives continuous improvement across the company's contracting processes.
