to support our business across multiple jurisdictions. This role will play a key part in contract review, negotiation support, and stakeholder training, ensuring commercial and legal risk is effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and advise on all company contracts, providing clear redlines and guidance to internal stakeholders on key commercial and legal terms - Including client contracts, NDAs, lease agreements, and contractor agreements
• Assess applicable laws across multiple jurisdictions and provide appropriate, practical advice
• Own and maintain company contract templates, updating them as required
• Train internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and negotiation principles
